SMS Copilot — Members Agreement

Acceptable Use

This service is provided for members of Men's Prayer Breakfast to manage calendar events, submit prayer requests, share photos, and keep personal journals.

All text messages are processed by AI for classification and routing. Message content is logged for service quality. By sending a message, you agree to use this service lawfully and respectfully.

Content Standards

All content — text and images — is subject to automated moderation before being posted or stored.

Text Moderation

Messages are checked against a vulgarity filter
Profanity, hate speech, or inappropriate language will be rejected
You will receive: "Your message didn't pass our content filter. Please rephrase and try again."

Image Moderation

All photos are scanned for adult content, violence, and inappropriate material
Explicit images will be blocked and immediately deleted
You will receive: "Your image was flagged by our safety filter and cannot be posted."
Borderline images may be allowed but queued for administrator review

Zero Tolerance

Pornography, nudity, sexually explicit content
Graphic violence or gore
Hate speech, slurs, discrimination
Harassment or threats toward other members

Repeated violations may result in removal from the service.

Photo Safety Flow

When you send a photo via text:

Photo is downloaded and saved to our server

Safety scan runs — PASS: continues • FAIL: deleted, you get a rejection notice • Borderline: allowed but flagged for review

Text message checked for vulgarity — PASS: continues • FAIL: rejected

AI classifies your intent: prayer (with photo), gallery, or general

Confirmation reply sent to you

Roles & Permissions

Member	View calendar, submit prayers, send photos, journal
Leader	All member commands + create/edit/copy/rename own events, tasks, ideas
Admin	Full access to all commands and all events

Privacy

Your phone number is linked to your member account
Messages are stored in a log for service operation
Prayer requests are posted to the prayer board (anonymous option available)
Photos are stored on our server
Journal entries are private to your account
We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Opting Out

To stop receiving SMS Copilot messages, reply STOP at any time or contact your chapter administrator.

Removal does not delete previously posted prayer requests or gallery photos. Contact an admin to request content removal.

Agreement

By sending your first text message to the SMS Copilot service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance.

Administrators reserve the right to modify these terms, revoke access, or remove content at any time.
